FAQ
Have questions about our goats and how all this works? We have answers!
-
Efficient and cost-effective: Our goats go where people and machinery can’t, and they work quickly and thoroughly.
Better than weed-whipping: Weed-whipping simply cuts the vegetation and potentially spreads the seeds that further propagate your problem. Goats consume the vegetation, eliminating the seeds and turning the vegetation into nutrient-rich organic compost that helps hold moisture and build healthy soil.
Sustainable and eco-friendly: Goat grazing reduces environmental impact, maintains biodiversity, and promotes healthy soil while eliminating problem plants that can fuel wildfires.
Natural, chemical-free weed control: No toxic herbicides. Just a healthier, chemical-free landscape.
Goats rule! You’ll end up loving these personable, docile animals as much as we do!
-
Our goats are eating machines! They will devour native weeds, most invasive plants, as well as nuisance vegetation, including poison oak, star thistle, and blackberries.
-
Nope. Leave that to us! We take care of transporting the goats to our clients’ properties in greater Calaveras County and will come pick them up when the job is complete.
-
Absolutely! Our goats stay until the work is done. We’ll conduct daily site checks, and our trusted guardian dogs and portable electric fencing will keep the goats safe from common predators, like mountain lions and coyotes, during their stay.
